‘Grab’ is a public service design, aiming to improve the travel experience of visually impaired people by online navigation APP and NFC watches. Vision impaired users can search their destination and send requests for help need. Meanwhile, sighted users who accept the message need to go to the designated place to meet the visually impaired user and go to their destination together.
